With extensive experience in the recycling and scrap management industry, Mohammed Javeed is the operational backbone of Eco Genie. He oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, from collection logistics and vehicle management to recycler partnerships and material recovery processes.
His deep understanding of the plastic waste supply chain—from source to secondary market—enables Eco Genie to maximise material recovery efficiency while maintaining full regulatory compliance. He has personally built and manages Eco Genie’s network of 50+ certified recycling partners across Tamil Nadu.
Mohammed’s hands-on approach to operations ensures that every collection is on time, every kilogram is accounted for, and every recycling partner meets Eco Genie’s strict quality and compliance standards.
Santhoshima is the strategic and commercial engine of Eco Genie. As Managing Director, she leads the company’s business development, client relationships, strategic partnerships, and sustainability initiatives—driving Eco Genie’s expansion from a Coimbatore-based startup to a growing Tamil Nadu-wide environmental solutions company.
Her background in stakeholder management and sustainability strategy equips her to navigate the complex landscape of corporate sustainability mandates, government waste management policies, and community engagement. She has been instrumental in building Eco Genie’s reputation as a trusted, professional, and transparent waste management partner.
Santhoshima believes that long-term environmental change requires genuine community partnerships—and she leads every client relationship with this philosophy at the fore.
